Utter Shit

It is time for another cleanse.

My stomach is more upset than ever.  Not bad, just unhappy.  And I am so sick of it.  I know it is stress and never enjoying a meal (just scarfing to get onto the next thing) and not taking the time to shop for good food (going for what is easy and quick).

So, I will ween off of the caffeine and go cold turkey on dairy, gluten, sugar, booze as of tomorrow.

I would like to lose 6 or more pounds for a wedding in 2 weeks, which is just bonus.

The 4th was fun.   I spent it with a few neighbors and it was the perfect lowkey night.

Nothing on the boy front.  I spent $170 signing up online and do not have the patience to read any of the damn ads.  They all bore me to tears.
